The Orange County Math Initiative is a community partnership to help teachers elevate student math achievement in Orange County, California. It is specifically designed to impact the invited schools throughout the county dominantly in the lower three deciles of California’s Academic Performance Index.
The Orange County Math Initiative is a partnership among the Orange County Department of Education, participating corporations, and the MIND Research Institute. Orange County corporations are funding the partnership to meet their ongoing needs for employees who possess math skills.
If your school is eligible and you are interested in being a part of the Orange County Math Initiative for 2009-2010, please RSVP to attend our Launch Luncheon on Wednesday, January 28th, 2009.
